Jeff Gipson
Technology & Analytic Services Director

Mr. Gipson serves as a Director in the Performance Monitoring Technology Services Group. His responsibilities include developing customized performance monitoring technology solutions. He manages teams of programmers, technology system designers and network integrators, risk managers, demographers, technicians, statisticians, and financial analysts.

Mr. Gipson has provided strategic and analytic consulting services to domestic and international clients across a wide range of industries. Past project work with OHcp affiliate, Analytic Innovations, includes consulting engagements for a major financial institution in Asia, a segmentation project for a nonprofit organization focused on youth advocacy, and hundreds of financial forecasting projects.

Previously, Mr. Gipson worked at Information Resources Inc.. While there he served as a strategic technology analyst and programmer and implemented new technology systems and network installations. He also served as the manager of strategic analysis at Miller Huber Relationship Marketing in San Francisco, supervising a team of senior analysts conducting marketing analytics and financial modeling.

Mr. Gipson earned his bachelor’s degrees in mathematics and computer science from Knox College. He is a member of the Association of Computing Machinery, Chicago Association of Direct Marketing, and the American Statistical Association.
